1. Education only, no advice

  • CK TRADING INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY LLC (“we,” “NQ Live Trading,” “CK”) provides general trading education.
  • We do not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice.
  • We do not give advice tailored to your financial situation, positions, or accounts.
  • We do not manage or direct accounts, and we do not provide trade signals or recommendations to buy or sell any contract.
  • Any examples, levels, charts, trades, or comments in live sessions, the Mentorship, blog posts, social media, or private calls are for illustration and education only. They are not a recommendation that you take any trade.

2. Regulatory status

We are not registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) in any capacity and are not members of the National Futures Association (NFA). We are not a broker, futures commission merchant, or investment adviser.

3. Futures trading risk

  • Trading futures and options on futures, including NQ and MNQ, involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.
  • Futures are highly leveraged. A small price move can produce large losses, and you can lose more than your initial margin.
  • Markets can gap, move limit up or limit down, or become illiquid, making it hard or impossible to exit a position at your intended price. Stop orders do not guarantee a fill at the stop price.
  • Technology failures, platform outages, data errors, and internet interruptions can cause losses.
  • You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your experience, objectives, financial resources, and other circumstances. Consult a licensed professional if you need advice.

4. Prop-firm (evaluation / funded account) risk

  • Prop-firm evaluations are products sold by third parties. Evaluation, reset, and activation fees are generally non-refundable and can be lost entirely.
  • Most traders do not pass evaluations, and many who pass never receive a payout.
  • “Funded” accounts are often simulated. Payouts are made at the firm’s discretion under its rules, which can change at any time.
  • Firms can close accounts, deny payouts, change rules, or go out of business.
  • We do not control any prop firm and are not responsible for its decisions.
  • We may receive affiliate compensation from some firms (see Section 9).

5. Past performance and hypothetical results

Past performance, actual or hypothetical, is not indicative of future results.

These results are based on simulated or hypothetical performance results that have certain inherent limitations. Unlike the results shown in an actual performance record, these results do not represent actual trading. Also, because these trades have not actually been executed, these results may have under-or over-compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated or hypothetical trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to these being shown.

PROP-FIRM "FUNDED" AND EVALUATION ACCOUNTS ARE GENERALLY SIMULATED ACCOUNTS. RESULTS IN THOSE ACCOUNTS ARE NOT REAL-MONEY RESULTS AND DO NOT REFLECT THE COSTS, SLIPPAGE, OR PSYCHOLOGICAL PRESSURE OF LIVE TRADING. PAYOUTS ARE PAID AT THE PROP FIRM'S DISCRETION UNDER ITS OWN RULES.

6. Live sessions and examples

  • Trades shown or discussed in live sessions may be in simulated or prop-firm accounts, may use position sizes inappropriate for you, and are selected for teaching purposes. They do not represent all of CK’s trading.
  • Do not copy trades in real time. Delays in audio and video, differences in fills, and your own circumstances make copying unsafe.
  • Sessions may be recorded and clips may be posted publicly. See the Terms of Service, Section 12.

7. Testimonials

  • Any member statements describe individual experiences and are not typical.
  • Testimonials are not paid unless disclosed, and staff or affiliate testimonials are labeled.

8. Tools and charting aids

  • Any charting tools or materials are educational aids. They do not predict markets, can produce losing results, and do not execute trades in your accounts on our behalf.
  • You are solely responsible for any orders placed using any tool.

9. Affiliate relationships

  • We may earn a commission if you use our code. Using our code never increases your price. This applies to our partner codes and links, including for prop-firm evaluations.
  • Our compensation may influence which firms we mention. Always read each firm’s current rules and refund policy yourself.

10. Your responsibility

Only trade with risk capital, meaning money you can afford to lose without affecting your lifestyle or obligations. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and their results.
