1. Affiliate disclosure

We may earn a commission if you use our code. Using our code never increases your price. This applies to the partner codes and links used on this site. We are not affiliated with, employed by, or endorsed by these firms, and their evaluations are not a recommendation that you trade. Read each firm’s current rules and refund policy before buying.

Our affiliate relationships

We receive compensation (such as commissions) when you buy products from certain third parties using our codes or links, including:

This compensation creates a conflict of interest, and it may influence which firms we mention. We describe these firms as firms we have an affiliate relationship with, not as independently vetted or recommended providers.

What this means for you

• Using our code never increases your price.
• Using a code is always optional. You do not need a prop-firm account, an evaluation, or any code to attend our free live sessions or read our content.
• Prop-firm evaluations are third-party products with their own fees, rules, and risks. Evaluation, reset, and activation fees are generally non-refundable, most traders do not pass evaluations, and payouts are not guaranteed.
• Many evaluation and “funded” accounts are simulated. Payouts are governed solely by each firm’s terms, which can change at any time.
• We do not control, guarantee, or endorse any firm’s performance, decisions, or payouts. Purchases from these firms are covered by their refund policies, not ours (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Section 8).

Wherever a partner code or affiliate link appears on this site, including the home page, the Services page, the Live page, and blog posts, we note next to it: “We may earn a commission if you use our code. Using our code never increases your price.”

2. Earnings and results disclaimer

• We do not promise or guarantee that you will earn money, pass a prop-firm evaluation, obtain a funded account, or receive a payout.
• Any trades, account balances, or results mentioned on this site, in live sessions, or on social media are for education and illustration only. They are not typical, and your results will vary based on your skill, effort, capital, risk management, and market conditions.
• Trading shown in prop-firm evaluation or “funded” accounts is generally in simulated accounts and is not a real-money result.
• Past performance, actual or hypothetical, is not indicative of future results. See the CFTC Rule 4.41 disclaimer in our Risk Disclosure.
• Any member statements describe individual experiences and are not typical.

3. General disclosure

• All content is general trading education. It is not investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, and it is not a trade recommendation or signal service.
