Privacy Policy

Who we are

This policy explains how CK TRADING INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY LLC, doing business as “NQ Live Trading” (“we”, “us”), handles personal information collected through nqlivetrading.com and our free live sessions. Our mailing address is 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713. It applies together with our Terms of Service.

What we collect

When you register for a free session, join our email list, or buy a product, we collect your name and email address, and your phone number if you provide it. At checkout, payment details are collected and processed by Stripe through our CRM provider, HighLevel; we do not store full card numbers. Your contact details are stored in HighLevel so we can deliver what you signed up for or bought.

When you register for a free session, we also record:

• Your sign-up date
• The campaign source that brought you to the site, if the link you followed had one (UTM source, medium, and campaign)
• Your marketing-email choice (yes or no)

If you choose “Continue with Google,” Google shares your name and email address with us.

To remember the campaign source until you register, we store it in your own browser (a first-party cookie and local storage named nq_utm, kept for up to 90 days). Our sign-in provider also sets the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Like most websites, our host automatically receives standard technical data when you visit (IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) in server logs.

Registration and the live sessions are free.

Why we collect it

• Account access: to let registered members join the live sessions. The session link is only shown to signed-in members.
• Optional marketing email: only if you tick the box at sign-up. It is unticked by default and not required to join. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• Understanding what works: the campaign source tells us which channels bring people to the sessions.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Live sessions on Google Meet

The free live sessions run on Google Meet. When you join, your display name, and your camera image and voice if you turn them on, are visible to the host and to other attendees, and Google processes your participation under its own privacy terms. Sessions may be recorded and clips may be posted publicly (for example on Instagram or TikTok). By joining, you consent to recording. If you don't want to appear, keep your camera and mic off and use a display name that does not identify you. Please do not share other attendees' information or record them without their consent.

Cookies and tracking

We use the first-party nq_utm storage described above, the cookies our sign-in provider needs to keep you signed in, and the advertising cookies and pixels described under “Cookies & advertising” below. We do not use session-replay tools. We do not currently change our practices in response to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Cookies & advertising

We and our advertising partners, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies on our websites and funnel pages (nqlivetrading.com and go.nqlivetrading.com) to measure ad performance and show relevant ads. Our systems may also send events, such as a registration or purchase, to Meta server-to-server; email addresses and phone numbers are hashed before they are sent. You can limit ad personalization in your Meta ad settings, through your browser or device settings, or at optout.aboutads.info. We do not sell your personal information for money.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration details while your account is active. If you delete your account or ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our sign-up list and member records within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records to meet a legal obligation.

Deletion and other requests

To access, correct, or delete your data, or to withdraw marketing consent, emailckga3@cktradinginstitute.orgfrom the address you registered with. Every marketing email will also include an unsubscribe link.

Who processes your data

• Clerk – account sign-up and sign-in (email codes and Google sign-in).
• Google – Google sign-in if you choose it, Google Sheets, where we keep our private sign-up list, and Google Meet, which hosts the live sessions.
• Vercel – hosts this website and processes standard server logs.
• HighLevel – our customer database, which also receives your registration details, and our checkout.
• Stripe – processes payments made through our HighLevel checkout.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook/Instagram) – advertising and ad measurement, through cookies and pixels and hashed server-side events, as described under Cookies & advertising.

Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms. Data may be processed in the United States.

Emails and texts

We send account emails you need to use the service (for example sign-in codes). Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in and always include an unsubscribe link.

Text messages

If you check the optional SMS box, we will send recurring automated text messages, such as live-session reminders, to the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit access to the sign-up list to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site and live sessions are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and we will delete the account.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data, or to stop marketing emails, using the email address above. Depending on your state (for example California), you may have additional rights under local law; we will not discriminate against you for exercising them. We do not sell your personal information for money. We do use advertising cookies and pixels and send hashed events to Meta, as described under “Cookies & advertising”; you can limit this as described there.

Opting out of targeted advertising: You can ask us to stop using your information for targeted advertising by emailing ckga3@cktradinginstitute.org with the subject “Ad opt-out.” We will stop sending your contact details to Meta for advertising, and you can also use the browser and Meta settings described under Cookies & advertising.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. For material changes we will also notify registered members by email before they take effect.
